State Farm® Insurance Agent Matt Arce

"While researching the net for a new insurance company, I had the good fortune to come across the Matt Arce State Farm office in Berkley on Woodward avenue.
I wanted a brick-and-mortar office with an agent close to where I live.
I called and spoke to Adam Wiltscheck. He asked for some general information and we set up an appointment.
Making the decision to change insurance companies after being with the same company for over 40 years was a major decision. My wife and I needed to insure 2 vehicles, our home, and have the 'Umbrella' coverage.
I went to the Arce Agency the following week and spent over 2 hours of very worthwhile time with Adam as we discussed all of the major factors relative to the policies as well as many, many
of my more nuanced questions.
Adam was able to answer any and all of my questions - if not off the top of his head - he knew exactly where to go within the State Farm company information sites and/or relative online
information.
The information I learned from that meeting and the subsequent meeting with my wife present was immeasurable. I didn't realize how much I didn't know about what an insurance policy encompasses.
Like most people, I just grunted through signing whatever documents my current insurance sent me throughout the year(s), without questioning what changes were being made. Mostly these documents were just notifications of cost increases.
Adam was able to very patiently go through every line of every aspect of each policy and explain their relevance. By the time my wife and I signed the documents making State Farm the insurer of all of our insurance requirements, I was quite confident that we had made a very solid decision with having Adam as our insurance agent. I now have knowledge about the thousands of dollars which are spent every year on insurance after spending a few hours with Adam, which I was mostly clueless about after 40 years with my previous insurance company.
Adam is an interesting, intelligent, resourceful, and talented individual. He is not only very knowledgeable about the insurance industry but he is an accomplished musician as well.
